I can't say enough good things about them. I've dealt with bad communication before and these guys are great. I have a dedicated client advocate that talks to me almost on a daily basis via email and/or video conference. He sends me a wrap-up each week of what was completed, how far along they are in the project, what they need from me, what's scheduled for the following week, etc. Whenever there is a question or concern about something I have submitted, I video conference with Daniel (client advocate) and we will share screens so that nothing is lost in translation. Also, not only is the communication excellent, but our site looks fantastic. First class business in every aspect.
