MightySkins' website was built on the Bigcommerce platform. While it has served them well from an operational standpoint, the BigCommerce platform had limitations that inhibited the sales and growth potential of the direct-to-consumer eCommerce channel.

With almost a quarter of a million SKUs for sale, and that number growing fast, a customer would need to scroll through potentially thousands of items to get to the one they want. A comprehensive navigation and filtering system needed to be put in place, and that could not be easily achieved on BigCommerce.
